Registration fees, course and similar payments paid within the scope of our event will not be refunded except for force majeure.

Dalya Tourism reserves the right to revise the registration and accommodation fees in case of inflation and excessive increases in the Euro exchange rate.

Anyone who will attend the scientific meetings as a listener or as a company representative is required to register.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Credit / Debit Card: After completing the online registration form, you can pay online with your card by clicking the "PAY NOW" button. Our users who make their payments by credit / debit card do not need to send any receipt or payment information. The system automatically confirms.

Wire Transfer / EFT: If you want to pay your registration fee by Wire Transfer / EFT, you can access the online registration form by clicking the register button at the bottom of the page. After filling out the online registration form and clicking the "Register and pay later" button, your registration will be created. While making the transfer / EFT transaction, please write the phrase "ABK 2024 - Your Name and Surname" in the description section, after completing the transaction, we kindly request you to send your receipt to oguz@dalyatur.com e-mail address by specifying the organization and participant name in the e-mail content. After your payment is checked, your payment entry will be made through the system and an information e-mail will be sent. Registrations without receipt will not be confirmed or receipts sent before the registration process is completed will not be processed.
